Return & Refund Policy

At BELLEPICKS ENTERPRISE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item received is defective or damaged.
  • The item is incomplete upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the item must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Colour differences due to lighting or screen display.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective or incorrect).

Refunds

Refunds will only be approved if:

  • The returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
  • The item meets all return requirements stated above.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method or via bank transfer.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
